Mai ci saremmo aspettati una cena così: lo chef Dario Fortebraccio ci ha servito dei ravioli con ripieno di Polpo semplicemente meravigliosi, e il salmone marinato agli agrumi successivo era cotto alla perfezione. Un vero artista. Posto elegantissimo e curato in tutti i dettagli.

Sono più di 10 anni che vengo a Gioiosa e non ho mai provato questo posto; stasera degli amici ci hanno portato: FENOMENALE! La qualità del cibo è eccellente, e preparata in modo sublime! La mano dello chef risalta i sapori semplici del pesce, in una combinazione unica con i prodotti della gastronomia calabrese! Il servizio è eccellente, il ragazzo che serviva ai tavoli, insieme a Barbara sono stati di una gentilezza e di una cortesia unica! Barbara conosce i piatti e le materie che usano e te li spiega in modo appropriato e semplice! Una menzione particolare a Massimo: un padrone di casa perfetto, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti, pronto a intrattenerci e a consigliarci con la sua esperienza, mai invadente, ma sempre pronto e attento. Noi abbiamo avuto un apericena con varie portate a cui abbiamo poi detto basta perche sazi. Una bellissima e piacevole scoperta

È veramente un ottimo ristorante. Il personale è gentile e professionale. I complimenti allo chef partono spontaneamente già dall’antipasto. Piatti abbondanti e veramente molto gustosi. Anche la presentazione è da 5 stelle. Ma soprattutto se decidete di andare al ristorante Costalba Giorgio 76 non dimenticate di chiedere a Massimo (il titolare) di prepararvi uno dei suoi spettacolari cocktail!!!

As soon as we walked to the front entrance of Costalba Giorgio 76, we were warmly welcomed by one of the staff. The first impression of the atmosphere is elegant and comforting. I’m very impressed by the design and style of the interior of the restaurant. The seating was comfortable and each table is well lit. The customer service is 12 out of 10. I felt very comfortable here. We ordered three espresso martinis to start. Crafted with care and all the rich ingredients. I’ve been visiting southern Italy for 28 years. I’ve eaten at many different resteraunts and had hundreds of home cooked meals from calabrese nonni and zii…and this place does an incredible job pleasing the taste buds! Costalba’s bartender helped to pair my dish with a delicious beer too! I had a seafood pasta that was filled with flavour. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich and the seafood tasted fresh! I tried my dining companions fish and calamari mix plates which were also super delicious..freshly caught the same morning! I couldn’t recommend this place enough! If you are visiting close by you’d be making a mistake not stopping by. If you are not staying close, it’s worth the travel time to enjoy a beautiful dinner! Thank you so much to the Costalba Giorgio 76 family. I can’t wait to return for another memorable experience.
